Sales Growth Specialist

Nestlé SA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities by building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve core distribution targets, visibility, and other elements in the Business Development Agreement (BDA).
- Develop a strong relationship with the customer and negotiate contracts, including visibility, shelf space, promotions, and implementations.
- Organize daily field visits to ensure product availability and follow up with stores in the assigned area.
- Report market intelligence to sales management, including sales analysis, competitor activities, and customer plans.
- Implement promotional plans effectively and efficiently instore.
- Maintain on-shelf availability of products and communicate with merchandisers.
- Ensure correct product handling and condition on shelf, adhering to company policy.
- Audit, rotate, and handle stock issues in line with company policy.
- Manage collections and financial reconciliation according to Nestlé payment terms.
- Submit and maintain customer records, sales activities, and required reports.
- Monitor merchandiser daily journey plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions.
