Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing IT expenditures.
- Budget Development and Management: Prepare detailed budget forecasts, track spending, and report variances to senior management.
- Contract Administration: Oversee the contracting process for IT services and products, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements for the organization.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage IT contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and amendments as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to ensure contracts align with project goals and technical requirements.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all IT contracts and related financial records.
- Financial Support and Analysis: Provide financial analysis and support for IT procurement decisions, including cost-benefit analysis.
- Financial Controls and Processes: Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and processes within the IT department.
- Industry Best Practices and Regulations: Stay updated on industry best practices and financial regulations that impact IT budgeting and contracting.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
