Customer Service Manager

As a Regional Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer service in your assigned regional area. Your primary objective will be to ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability within our framework.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction, including profitability, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
- Acting as a 'Customer Care Manager' and ensuring all customer requirements are met to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implementing service budgets by including installed base development, contractual/non-contractual work, and service sales programs to meet defined Healthcare target agreements.
- Ensuring highest technical, operational, and financial performance in project installations and equipment services (maintenance, upgrade, and update) of medical equipment according to technical specifications.
- Contributing to Service Operation functions and following implementation of required Service Support Processes SERVOR (Registration, clarification, dispatch, spare part logistics, service confirmation).
- Overseeing resource development and executing required manpower calculations related to installed-base development and budget frames.
- Developing staff training in coordination with respective supervisors/managers.
- Providing extensive sales support to local sales organizations/business area managers.
- Coordinating customer pricing for maintenance contracts and other service sales offers.
- Ensuring technical collaboration and knowledge transfer during sales offers and projects.
- Holding disciplinary responsibility for staff assigned to them.
