We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cloud Transformation Leader to join our team at Amazon Web Services Ltd. Regional Headquarter Co. in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud transformation strategy for the Saudi public sector, aligned with AWS's overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government officials, customers, and industry influencers to drive cloud adoption and transformation.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business cases and proposals to win support for cloud-enabled business opportunities.
  • Work with the field and partner sales teams to close business and drive revenue growth in the public sector.
  • Contribute to recurring monthly and quarterly business reviews and other reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting in the public sector, with a strong understanding of cloud adoption trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, drive change, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of the Saudi public sector landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Saudi National preferred.
  • Experience in engaging with senior public sector officials, customers, and industry influencers to drive change.
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both technical and analytical domains.
