Job Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at AWS Colombia, you will be responsible for developing and executing account coverage plans to drive revenue and adoption growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

Your key objectives will be to:

  • Drive revenue and market share in defined account lists or industry verticals.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through effective sales strategies and pipeline management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans to drive business growth.
  • Craft compelling value propositions around AWS services that resonate with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Achieve rapid customer adoption by engaging with C-level and different stakeholders.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive relationship building and opportunity identification.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS services.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
  • A strong ability to proactively grow customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business.
  • The capacity to develop detailed go-to-market plans that drive business results.
