The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive sales and market share growth in the Horeca industry, focusing on the Meat and French Fries categories.
Main Objectives:
- To establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, and caterers.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- To conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the foodservice industry.
- To prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential and existing customers.
- To provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, solving problems, and addressing client concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the Foodservice industry, preferably within the Horeca sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Meat and French Fries categories, including market trends, customer needs, and supply chain dynamics.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing sales pipelines, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with occasional travel as required.
