Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception & Customer Service: Ensure a warm welcome for visitors, manage inquiries efficiently, and maintain a well-organized reception area.
  • Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training events, handle logistics effectively, and communicate clearly with participants.
  • Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, update databases regularly, and generate insightful reports.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Verify regulatory compliance and manage training-related documentation accurately.
  • Communication & Support: Liaise between departments, provide ongoing support for training and healthcare services, and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • General Duties: Maintain confidentiality, ensure work area safety, and contribute positively to the team's dynamics.
Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma is required, while post-secondary education in business or administration is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior administrative or customer service experience is essential, with training coordination being a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
