We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Applicantz. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our training department, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Reception & Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly, manage inquiries professionally, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training events, handle logistics, and communicate effectively with participants.
  • Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate records, update databases regularly, and generate informative reports.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Verify compliance with regulations and manage training-related documentation.
  • Communication & Support: Liaise between departments, provide ongoing support for training and healthcare services, and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • General Duties: Maintain confidentiality, ensure work area safety, and contribute positively to the team.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education in business or administration is desirable.
  • Experience: Prior administrative or customer service experience is necessary, with training coordination being a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
