TACT Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a skilled Paid Advertising Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing digital accounts on performance media platforms, including PPC, paid social, biddable display, and video.

With a keen interest in emerging technologies and digital industry developments, you will share your knowledge with the rest of the team and drive innovation in our digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement, optimize, and upload client campaigns through direct input and supervision of junior staff.
  2. Develop benchmarks for various campaign types and channels.
  3. Liaise with vendors and third-party representatives to maintain relationships and stay up-to-date on new features and betas.
  4. Ensure timely and budget-friendly deliverables.
  5. Analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives.
  6. Collaborate with the finance department to provide spend information for reconciliation purposes.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing profile or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in digital performance and ad operations.
  3. Proven expertise in performance media platforms, including Google (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  4. Base knowledge in other digital areas, such as programmatic, direct buys, affiliate marketing, and SEO.
  5. Strong time and workload management skills.
  6. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  7. Ability to work flexibly and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Google Analytics experience is a plus, as well as experience working within a digital agency.
  9. Comfort with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points.
  10. Effective communication and professionalism with stakeholders.
