Executive Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to join our dynamic team at RAWAJ, a leading company in the Automotive industry in Saudi Arabia.
As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations and implementing strategic growth initiatives in the automotive sector. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Business Operations Oversight: Ensure alignment with strategic goals and company objectives, overseeing overall business operations to drive growth and profitability.
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and revenue, focusing on expanding our presence in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production, and R&D departments, to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to drive business growth and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and supply chain efficiency to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management, to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies to maintain a strong reputation and minimize risk.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to set long-term vision and company direction, driving strategic growth and innovation.
- Leadership Development: Manage and mentor senior management, fostering a high-performance culture within the organization to drive business success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Proven experience in strategic planning and business development, with extensive knowledge of automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively, with excellent financial acumen and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions, with experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
