  11. Assess documentation and ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management.
  12. Maintain CRM systems updated with accurate client data.
  13. Oversee cash collection for initial invoices.
  14. Collaborate with marketing to feed back on positioning and messaging.
  15. Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare regular reports.
