Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

FlyAkeed is an online platform that simplifies the process of planning and handling work-related travel. We are looking for a Sales Development Associate Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and sales processes
- Manage complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals
- Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRMS, ATS, ERP, or enterprise software
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue growth
- Experience in enterprise sales, key account management, and complex deal negotiations
- Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English speaker
- Presentable, accountable, and responsible
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools is a plus
