Job Summary

FlyAkeed is an online platform that simplifies the process of planning and handling work-related travel. We are looking for a Sales Development Associate Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and sales processes
  • Manage complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRMS, ATS, ERP, or enterprise software
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue growth
  • Experience in enterprise sales, key account management, and complex deal negotiations
  • Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English speaker
  • Presentable, accountable, and responsible
  • Experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools is a plus
