Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team at Katch International. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing exceptional support to our teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Office Management:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and organized workspace.
  • Procure office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery of necessary equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to resolve office-related issues.
  • Human Resources & Support:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, guaranteeing a seamless transition into the company.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and leave requests.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding office facilities, resources, and administrative matters.
  • Financial & Documentation Support:
  • Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure compliance with payroll requirements.
  • Document company policies, agreements, and official correspondence accurately.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate communication among departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Arrange meetings and take minutes as necessary.
