We are a dynamic and professional organization seeking an exceptional administrative assistant to join our team. As an administrative support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure accurate record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling appointments, assisting clients, and responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Draft and edit various documents, including letters, reports, and presentations, using word processing software.
  • Manage multiple calendars, coordinate logistics for meetings, and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Conduct research as needed, compile and summarize information for reports or presentations, and collaborate with other administrative staff to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to privacy policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English & Arabic, reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Digital literacy and research skills, including analyzing information sources and evaluating their reliability, are essential.
  • Familiarity with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office, and data management skills are required.
  • Excel skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
