Job Summary:
">We are seeking an Office Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
">About the Role:
">This role will involve managing office support services, handling appointments and meetings, preparing statistical reports, controlling confidential data/information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Coordinate office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
- Manage official correspondence, confidential data, company policies, or employee-related data in a smart data storage and filing system.
- Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and conferences, within or outside the office premises, as requested by management.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of general office supplies and stationery to ensure required items are readily available.
- Respond to public inquiries, conveying only correct information as per company policies and management orders.
- Draft and prepare official documents or perform other tasks assigned to assist the line manager.
- Perform other duties within the scope, if required.
- Ensure compliance with IMRS and Responsible Care.
Requirements:
">- Diploma with 5 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
">- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of department plant/functional processes.
- Customer-oriented.
