We are seeking an Office Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This role will involve managing office support services, handling appointments and meetings, preparing statistical reports, controlling confidential data/information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Coordinate office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
  2. Manage official correspondence, confidential data, company policies, or employee-related data in a smart data storage and filing system.
  3. Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and conferences, within or outside the office premises, as requested by management.
  4. Maintain an adequate inventory of general office supplies and stationery to ensure required items are readily available.
  5. Respond to public inquiries, conveying only correct information as per company policies and management orders.
  6. Draft and prepare official documents or perform other tasks assigned to assist the line manager.
  7. Perform other duties within the scope, if required.
  8. Ensure compliance with IMRS and Responsible Care.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with 5 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of department plant/functional processes.
  • Customer-oriented.
