We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Senior Office Coordinator. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas
- Process customer and employee access requests
- Filter cold-calls, letters, and visitors on behalf of employees
- Coordinate on-site meetings and events with vendors and employees
- Sort and distribute mail and courier packages, memos, and route documents
- Manage storage and logistics inventory for office materials
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR and finance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating group meeting logistics and events within the Saudi Arabia area.
