Territory Sales Supervisor

Job Description
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales objectives in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the sales distribution industry, preferably in the dairy or multinational food/beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Motivate and lead a sales team to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales decisions
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
