Territory Lead

We are seeking a Territory Lead to join our clinical sales and implementation team in the KSA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and communication technology, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.
Promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet customer needs by identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies to progress deals through the sales cycle.
Maintain a pipeline to support quota achievement quarter over quarter.
Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships to close deals.
Ensure positive communication and collaboration with internal partners and teams.
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities.
Accurately forecast sales each week/month.
A bachelor's degree in business, medical, or related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in communication & information systems for hospitals and clinics is also required.
This role involves regular travel across the Kingdom, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
