Job Overview

Saudi Ceramic Company is seeking an experienced External Sales Supervisor - Field Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the outdoor sales team and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Prepare monthly neighborhood coverage plans for external sales specialists and obtain approval from department heads after coordination with area managers.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Follow up on daily visits data for each external sales specialist and randomly verify visit quality.
  • Maintain Strategic Customer Relationships: Determine strategic customers for each sales specialist, communicate or visit them to ensure loyalty, and identify their needs.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees on external sales work mechanisms after completing general training periods.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare monthly financial targets for each external sales specialist in coordination with area managers to support showroom performance.
  • Performance Measurement: Determine performance measurement criteria, such as target points, new customers, and closing percentages.
  • Marketing Materials Distribution: Follow up on marketing materials distribution for the external sales team and control its disbursement mechanism.
Communication and Education

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a relevant field.

Requirements and Competencies
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor – Outdoor Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
