Sales Leadership Opportunity

Crayon is expanding its sales leadership team and seeking a seasoned Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, leading sales efforts, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for a leader with a proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, preferably within the ITAM or technology industries. You should possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and market share expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and team success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably within the ITAM or technology industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
