We are seeking a Channel Sales and Partnerships Director to lead our partner ecosystem strategy and drive growth.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving business results in a channel environment. As a Channel Sales and Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy that drives growth and revenue.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales plays and drive pipeline velocity.
  3. Build strong relationships with C-level executives at partner organizations to advance Oracle's SaaS and Cloud technology ambitions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business results in a channel environment.
  • Strong understanding of software as a service (SaaS) and its applications in management positions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and complex work environment.
