Sales Strategy Executive

The SAS Alliance and Channel Team is looking for a highly experienced Senior Distribution Channel Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a quota-carrying, revenue-producing role, this position involves developing and executing sales strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners across the META Region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets by collaborating with channel distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop business plans with distributors to recruit and onboard new channel partners, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including channel marketing, enablement, and program management, to develop initiatives that drive partner recruitment, pipeline generation, and customer success.
  • Set and manage channel distributors' performance against established targets, including revenue forecasting and territory planning.
  • Drive the execution of go-to-market strategies, leveraging channel marketing materials and resources to support distributors' sales efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with distributor executives and key decision-makers, fostering partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Lead regular business review sessions to discuss performance, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with client sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless support for distributors and optimize business operations.
