About the Position:
The Arab National Bank invites applications for a Director of Business and Partnerships role to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the patient base for its diabetes care clinic in Riyadh.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Spearhead business growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase patient inflow and expand clinic outreach.
- Pursue Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
- Enhance Digital Presence: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new patients and retain existing ones, enhancing the clinic's online presence through digital marketing, social media, and community engagement.
- Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Patient Acquisition: Increase patient inflow through effective business development strategies.
- Partnership Development: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure partnerships and collaborations.
- Digital Marketing Efforts: Enhance the clinic's online presence through targeted marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA in healthcare business development is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare industry. Prior experience working with clinics, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, or insurance providers is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
- Healthcare Services: Strong understanding of healthcare services.
- Insurance Policies: Knowledge of health insurance policies, medical partnerships, and patient referral systems.
- Regulations Compliance: Familiarity with government healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure partnerships and increase patient acquisition.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
- Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analysis to track business performance.
- Marketing Campaigns: Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
