Job Description:

This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic alliances, and driving initiatives that enhance our presence and impact globally. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both the insurance and financial technology landscapes, coupled with a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Trend Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the insurance technology and fintech sectors.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, fintech companies, and industry influencers to create strategic alliances.
  • Growth Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth on a global scale.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, conferences, and industry events.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition. Provide insights and support for complex sales negotiations and proposals.
  • Feedback Loop: Work with the product development team to relay market feedback and ensure our digital ecosystem continues to meet and exceed market expectations.
  • Representation: Represent XA Group at industry events, conferences, and seminars, establishing our brand as a leader in the insurance technology space.
  • Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
