Growth Opportunities Manager

SSC Egypt is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive our growth strategy. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide necessary market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the outsourcing, recruitment, IT, or technology sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales engagement software.
