Job Title: Sales Growth Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through effective lead generation, sales strategy, and client relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key clients.
  2. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, conduct sales calls, and present our solutions to drive sales conversions.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align on sales strategies, messaging, and product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within SaaS, B2B technology, or supply chain solutions.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) and related supply chain or e-commerce technologies is preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and build lasting relationships.
