Key Responsibilities

The Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for driving growth and achieving business plan targets in the Central and Eastern Provinces. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  2. Talent Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve excellence.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, application teams, and strategic partnerships, to drive business objectives.
  4. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record as a results-driven sales professional in the diagnostics/laboratory industry. A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Lab, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, including at least 3 years managing managers.
