About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across our existing accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our share of spend across our portfolio of technology solutions.
  • Run territory and account planning, sales forecasting, and engage cross-functional resources to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Regularly engage with decision-makers at client facilities to perform primary duties.
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience selling technology solutions.
  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management.
