Key Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior partners, including calendar management and correspondence.
  2. Manage confidential documents, ensuring secure storage and destruction.
Operational Efficiency
  1. Streamline office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  2. Oversee logistics, including meeting arrangements and consultant stays.
Business Development & Growth
  1. Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
People & Culture
  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training and support.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  3. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities.
  4. Excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to work independently to maintain confidentiality.
  5. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  6. Must have a transferable Iqama.
