Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
  • Communication: Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas, and take minutes.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book meeting rooms, conference facilities, and arrange travel and accommodation for staff and external contacts.
  • Stationery and Equipment: Order and maintain stationery and equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
  • Language Skills: Ability to write letters and emails in English.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
