We are seeking an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our Riyadh HQ team and contribute to our success.

Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing administrative support to our 10-person team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• Coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Assisting with finance and logistics matters, including budgeting and expense tracking
• Organizing tender documentation and contract preparation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Managing office life, including visitor welcome, travel arrangements, and materials management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
