About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is located in the Middle East and offers a unique chance for career growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue generation from the bus system.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years' experience, including 5 years' experience in revenue collection, preferably with regional and international expertise. Knowledge of international best practices and norms is essential, along with excellent personal administration skills and proficiency in Arabic and English languages.

The selected candidate will perform trend analysis relative to cost and schedule, administer ticket collection and tariff policy, generate financial reports, and analyze fare evasion and recommend solutions. As part of our multicultural team, you will work closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to drive business success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and monitor all aspects of revenue generation from the bus system
  2. Oversee daily cash collections
  3. Audit ticket sales, daily reports, and reconcile financial discrepancies
  4. Supervise ticket inspectors
  5. Perform trend analysis relative to cost and schedule
  6. Administer ticket collection and tariff policy
  7. Generate financial reports, tracking income trends, and analyzing revenue generation
  8. Analyze fare evasion and recommend solutions
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 10 years' experience, including 5 years' experience in revenue collection
  2. Preferably with regional and international expertise, specifically 5 years' experience in the Middle East
  3. Knowledge of international best practices and norms; international working experience in multicultural teams is advantageous
  4. Excellent personal administration skills (taking of minutes, conducting presentations, working to agreed deadlines, etc.)
  5. Proficiency in Arabic language, speaking, writing & reading. Plus, English language skills both spoken and written
  6. Full Computer Literacy
