- Be fluent on all hotel products and services and effectively communicate this information to guests.">
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with ACCOR S Core Reservation Standards.">
Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.">
- Working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office.">
- Minimum 2 years experience in Hotel or Resort Reservations.">
