Reservations Management Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Reservations Supervisor to lead our Front Office team at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. This role offers the chance to develop strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, driving revenue growth and enhancing the hotel's reputation.
About the Position:
- Oversee the reservations process, ensuring efficient and effective handling of guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Build strong relationships with key partners, negotiating contracts and promotions that benefit both parties.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting high-value customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences to inform strategic decisions on pricing, inventory, and product offerings.
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and preferences.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations or front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software systems.
