About the Position

Megamind IT Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, while driving sales growth and revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries in a timely manner and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Grow firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned customer relationships.
  • Sell new or additional products or services to existing customers, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process, assisting in solution development and proposal delivery as needed.
  • Develop customer account plans, identifying relevant customer needs and leading a joint company/customer planning process.
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction and service delivery, anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with clients through scheduled visits and communication.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Meet sales targets and KPI's, ensuring response time and quality standards, profitability of the unit and team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling stress and working extended hours.
