We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving leisure sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed personal and team sales goals in the leisure segment;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and tour operators;
  • Conduct regular site inspections and participate in industry tradeshows and events;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored leisure packages and promotions;
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management;
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry regulations;
  • Actively participate in industry-related organizations and associations;
  • Coordinate and manage sales trips, including budget planning and post-trip reporting;
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate account information.
