Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Classera. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and managing communications strategies to attract, develop, and retain end-customers (parents) for our CPay business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and manage communications strategies to attract, develop, and retain end-customers (parents) for our CPay business.
  • Lead Sales Activities: Lead sales activities with existing customers (schools) to approach end-customers (parents) and drive acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Content Creation: Plan and create content for social media and offline marketing materials to engage with end-customers (parents).
  • Partner Management: Manage relationships with PSP and FinTech partners to drive business growth.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute offline and online events to target end-customers (parents).
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and supporting functions to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Sales Background: Proven sales experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with end-customers (parents) and partners.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivation, critical thinking, and time management skills to work independently and as part of a team.
