Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate investment company, dedicated to developing and operating the largest entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Director - Financial Analysis & Modeling Expert. As the Director - Financial Analysis & Modeling Expert, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analytics to support the decision-making process within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support in conducting financial analysis and modeling.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate investments and forecast financial performance.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends and potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and business insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and modeling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least a minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts, investment analysis, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Proficient in using financial modeling software and advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
