Directly Reports To:VP Financial Planning and Cost Control
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives. - Financial Planning and Budgeting:
Work with business executives to collect and analyze budget inputs, and support the development of a consolidated budget that aligns with the company's strategic goals. - Monthly Management Reporting:
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly management reports that include financial performance, operational KPIs, and deep dive analysis of revenue and cost items. - Policy and Process Development:
Develop and improve financial planning processes, including finance reporting tools, management reporting tools, budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyses. - Financial Analysis:
Support complex financial analysis projects, evaluate findings, and provide recommendations to management on financial implications of proposed financing proposals or strategic transactions. - Cost Reduction:
Collaborate with the cost transformation office to identify and implement cost reduction and revenue optimization ideas across the company. - Quality and Compliance:
Ensure that financial processes and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all employees to ensure a smooth work environment.
Key Internal Stakeholders:All departments, with frequent interaction with Commercial, Operations, Strategy, IT, and HR.
Academic Qualifications:Minimum – Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (major). MBA and/or professional certification (e.g., CIMA) is a plus.
Professional Experience:4-8 years of experience in FP&A and management reporting, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
Skills:- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office user.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Hard-working and reliable.
- BI tool experience is a plus.
