Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily property inspections to guarantee guest satisfaction and property readiness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Supervise maintenance and cleaning teams to optimize scheduling and quality work.
  • Cordinate repairs and maintenance tasks promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on property operations and guest feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with property documentation requirements and quality assurance standards.
  • Respond professionally to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Coordinate add-on service requests with relevant providers.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts with reliable vendors.
  • Protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Greet visitors and clients with a professional atmosphere.
  • Direct incoming calls and take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Manage mail and packages efficiently.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-maintained.
