Reception and Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Arab National Bank.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring availability at the reception area and welcoming guests
- Managing board line calls

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for guests
- Manage board line calls and provide efficient responses
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and guests
- Manage courier and mail services
- Ensure smooth operation of facilities, including car maintenance and office cleanliness
- Monitor and maintain vendor contracts
- Document and manage Time and Attendance
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage in-house activities with suitable time management and scheduling strategies
- Excellent track record of handling duties and responsibilities under the receptionist job profile
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Adherence to corporate etiquettes by following appropriate dressing style and presentation
