Marine & Offshore Operations Manager - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly experienced Marine & Offshore Manager to lead our operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profit and loss accountability, identifying strategic business activities, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Drive profit and loss accountability and achieve the financial objectives for M&O activities in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
- Business Development: Identify strategic business activities and drive growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence, quality, and client satisfaction by implementing best practices and processes.
- Team Management: Ensure best allocation of resources, management, and development of the team to achieve business objectives.
- Marketing and Communication: Ensure and follow up on the preparation of the marketing plan with the implementation, and maintain and establish a strong relationship with relevant business contacts.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and seminars for local clients in liaison with operational management KSA and M&O MER management.
- Communication and Reporting: Ensure regular and effective communication with the M&O Regional Chief Executive, Middle East Region, and ensure compliance with Group and Business Line guidelines and procedures.
- Education: Degree qualified in Marine Engineering or equivalent; master's degree in business administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in a leadership role in marine & offshore industry OR senior management experience in a class company.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiar with International, National, and Classification Society Rules and regulations that apply or are proposed for application to Marine and Offshore environments, possess knowledge and practical experience in contracting, negotiating and change management, ability to identify, initiate, analyze, and develop proposals and solutions to a wide range of M&O Technical and Operational issues.
- Personal Qualities: Good communication, networking, and influencing skills, ability to build high performing teams, setting strategy and direction, self-motivated with proven team leadership and HR, Finance, HSSE management capabilities.
