Foreground LLC is a leading marketing communication group offering expertise in all aspects of Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Social Media, and Public Speaking.

We are seeking an experienced Event Management Director to spearhead our project management initiative for Events Management business in Riyadh.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Event Oversight & Strategy
  • Develop and execute event strategies from concept ideation to final evaluation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee all stages of event planning, adhering to high standards.
  • Create innovative event concepts tailored to meet diverse client needs.
  • Project & Team Management
  • Directly manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Create clear timelines, milestones, and objectives for each event, ensuring teams meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through regular sync meetings.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Relations
  • Select vendors, negotiate contracts, and build relationships to secure high-quality partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalation, addressing critical issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management, including progress reports and budget tracking.
  • Cross-Department Coordination
  • Facilitate coordination among internal departments to align teams on event goals.
  • Support project managers in securing resources and removing obstacles.
  • Act as the liaison between project teams and senior management, presenting key project updates.
  • Client & Competitive Engagement
  • Play an active role in client-facing pitches, tenders, and competitive proposals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to understand their evolving needs.
  • Post-Event Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze performance metrics and client feedback to improve future event planning processes.
  • Implement lessons learned into best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in any related field.
  • 10+ Years of experience in events management industry.
  • Proven experience in spearheading project management initiatives for events.
  • Must be an Arabic Speaker, with Fluency in English.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
