The Role
As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to end-users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
