Job Description
We are seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience. You will also support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Store level sell out target accountability.
- Build category manager relationships at store level.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target.
- Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
- Improvement of individual Expert performance and skills.
- Ensure in-store stock is at an appropriate level in the assigned stores.
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
- Address and resolve any performance issues.
- Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service.
