Tech Sales Enablement Specialist

We are looking for a Tech Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at HRsource. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales team to drive revenue growth and expansion in the GCC region. With a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

You will work closely with our sales team to provide technical expertise and support, stay informed about product developments, industry trends, and competitors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and support to our sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaborate with our sales team to drive revenue growth and expansion in the GCC region.
- Stay informed about product developments, industry trends, and competitors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- 5-10 years of proven sales experience in SaaS, technology, or mobile advertising.
- Established network within the marketing technology and mobile advertising sectors.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and selling skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
