About the Role

As a Tender Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our distributors network and introducing TotalEnergies image in a challenging market with high competition.

You will be responsible for constant contact with various teams, including Sales administration, Marketing, technical, Logistics, finance, accounting, and legal. Your primary goal will be to introduce new TotalEnergies lubricants and car care products in our distributor's network while monitoring the market and competitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives for lubricants and car care at each distributor and implement actions to achieve them.
  • Maintain permanent contact with our partners and weekly monitor their activity.

Key Deliverables:

  • Provide detailed reports on all prospected, strategic, and profitable distributors.
  • Analyze the competitive market and provide insights.

Benefits:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any equivalent is required.
  • At least 6 years of related business experience is necessary.
