HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Process Management: Develop and implement effective HR processes, including induction, promotions, data security, record-keeping, and contract management.
- HR System Administration: Ensure the accurate and efficient use of HR systems, including HRMS, MSS, and ESS.
- Database Management: Reconcile and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Personnel Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in HRMS and other approved systems.
- Software Proficiency: Develop skills in new HR software tools, including HRMS, Eridocs, and database management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively at all levels, using English and Arabic languages, and produce documents, reports, and organizational notices in both languages.
- Education and Experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Human Resource Management, and have experience in HR or administration.
