Role Overview

The Technical Account Strategist is a critical role at Dynamo Bytes, responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships and technical expertise. This leader and trusted advisor will develop technology roadmaps aligned with business and IT objectives, identify opportunities for value creation, and provide technical guidance to support sales execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams to overcome technical objections and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive adoption and consumption of Dynamo Bytes' products.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of sales engineering or consulting experience in high-tech/indirect sales, and a track record of driving workplace technology adoption in large enterprises.
