About the Role

This is a full-time position that will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee record management, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HR programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of practical experience in Human Resources, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems like 'Mudad', 'Wages', 'Social Insurance', and 'Qiwa'.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with electronic HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
